Vivaldi’s Four Seasons

<< 2021-2022 Season

With Aisslinn Nosky

Sponsored by Stephen and Janet Hall

Italian Baroque composer Antonio Vivaldi’s compositional style is full of vitality and imagination. The Four Seasons will be led by Aisslinn Nosky, hailed by Boston Classical Review’s David Wright as the “charismatic violinist” whose Vivaldi performance featured “imaginative interpretations and scorching technique.”  Nosky is joined by Artistic Director Fiona Hughes (baroque violin), Natalie Kress (baroque violin), Maureen Murchie (baroque viola), Jeremy Ward (baroque cello), Dylan Sauerwald (harpsichord), and Samuel Suggs (baroque bass), with solos for viola, cello, bass, and harpsichord from Vivaldi’s virtuosic cornucopia of Italian musical delights.
